el is just an identifier and it refers to an element, a DOM element, which is a convention in that library.
el is a function that's been placed on the $ object, and can be invoked to generate DOM elements

constructor에서 el을 선언하면 현재 component에서 사용하는 element만 가져옴,
그냥하면 모든 component에서 element를 찾음
