1) Is this a fresh Eclipse installation or have you been running it for a longer time already?

2) Have you previously installed any plug-ins into this Eclipse successfully?

3) Can you install any plug-ins directly from update sites? To try this, go to Help / Install New Software. In the wizard choose an update site from the dropdown box at the top (http://download.eclipse.org/releases/luna would be a good choice). Select some feature in the list below and follow the wizard through the installation.

오류 상황

Eclipse SE 버전에서 plugin 을 설치하여 사용화다가 Eclipse EE 버전으로 바꿈.

다시 plugin을 설치하려니 에러.

Eclipse SE를 삭제하니 EE에서 install plugin 목록에서 정상적으로 뜨고 동작함.
